Walt Disney World will mail a new Mickey Mouse magnet to Annual Passholders who renew, starting with pass anniversaries in September 2026. The magnet shows Mickey “in dapper attire,” with a straw boater, yellow bow tie, blue vest and white jacket, and renewing Passholders should receive it within six weeks of their anniversary date.

Disney lists the perk under “A Special Thanks When You Renew” on its Passholder perks page. In its fuller description, Disney has Mickey “gussied up in his finest turn-of-the-century attire and cheesin’ from ear to ear.”
Who Gets The Renewal Magnet
Any Passholder whose pass anniversary falls in September 2026 or later gets the magnet after renewing. New Passholders also receive a magnet in the mail within six weeks of activating their pass at one of the four Walt Disney World theme parks.
Each Passholder needs a valid U.S. mailing address on the MyDisney account attached to the pass, so Disney is asking households to confirm or update the address for every Passholder before the anniversary date. Passholders can view and update that address by logging in to MyDisney.
Passes with the same start date or anniversary date in the same household are limited to two magnets. The offer is subject to availability and can change or be cancelled without notice, and Disney says it is not responsible for magnets that are lost, stolen or damaged.
A Change From In-Park Pickups
Mailing is unusual for a Passholder magnet. The program normally hands them out at a specific location inside a theme park during a set window. The most recent example was the Kermit the Frog magnet at Mickey Shorts Theater in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which was available from August 11 through September 24. Picking it up meant valid park admission, one magnet per Passholder, and showing an Annual Pass card, linked MagicBand or Disney MagicMobile pass along with a government-issued photo ID. The renewal magnet skips all of that and arrives at home.
Mailed magnets have happened before. Disney offered some Passholders a mailed Ray magnet after supplies ran out at EPCOT in 2025, and Passholders reported magnets arriving in the mail in 2021.
