Disney California Adventure brought back The Witch & Poison Apple Mug at Carthay Circle Lounge on Oct. 1, 2026. Disney Eats announced the second edition on Sept. 30, saying the collectible is served with a Poison Appletini and available while supplies last.
The second edition changes the apple. The Witch now holds a green-and-red poison apple, replacing the white-and-red apple on the first release, while the rest of the molded design appears to match the original.
What Changed From The First Edition
The first Witch & Poison Apple Mug debuted at Carthay Circle Lounge on Oct. 2, 2025, also paired with a Poison Appletini. It showed the Evil Queen in her Witch disguise from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, with her crooked hood and mischievous grin molded into the piece. That version, served with the drink, retailed for $125.
Disney’s Sept. 30 announcement did not list a price for the second edition. Its caption reads: “Magic mirror on the wall… this might be the fairest mug of all.”
How To Get The Mug
The mug is sold with the Poison Appletini at Carthay Circle Lounge, which is located downstairs at Carthay Circle Theatre on Buena Vista Street. Mug purchases are limited to two mugs per person, per transaction, discounts do not apply, and reservations are highly recommended.
Dining at the lounge requires a theme park reservation and valid admission for Disney California Adventure on the same date for each person ages 3 and older. Advance dining reservations can be made online or in the Disneyland app, and same-day reservations are available on a limited basis.
Guests planning a visit can check the rest of the lounge’s food and cocktail list on our Carthay Circle Lounge menu. The lounge pairs handcrafted cocktails with Mediterranean-California light fare.
Arrives During Halloween Time At Disneyland Resort
The release lands in the final month of Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort, which runs Aug. 21 through Oct. 31, 2026. Halloween Time novelties, from the Vampire Mickey Mouse Bucket to the Haunted Mansion Hatbox Ghost Bucket, are listed with prices in our guide to every Disneyland Halloween Time food item.
