Disneyland Paris Halloween Night Brings Back Nightfall With Disney Villains On October 31

The Disney Villains are taking over Central Plaza for one big night. Disneyland Paris Halloween Night falls on Saturday, October 31, and the evening program brings back Nightfall with Disney Villains, a fireworks, music and light projection show on Sleeping Beauty Castle that has played at the park in past Halloween seasons.

DLP Report posted Disney’s program pages for the night on Saturday morning.

The Villains Close Out The Night

Nightfall with Disney Villains plays in Central Plaza right after Disney Tales of Magic, the park’s regular nighttime show, so anyone already camped out in front of the castle can stay put for both. Disney’s program says the Villainous Masters have “an unmissable fireworks, musical and light projection treat up their sleeves,” and the art on that page shows Ursula projected across the front of the castle.

Earlier in the evening, Mickey’s Halloween Celebration rolls down Parade Road twice, at 5:25 p.m. and 7 p.m., so there are two chances to catch Mickey and his friends in their Halloween best before the villains take the castle.

Characters Out After Dark

From dusk, characters will pop up around the park, and Disney says some of them are joining for this night only. Mickey and Minnie will be at the Town Square Gazebo selfie spot on Main Street, U.S.A. In Adventureland, Yzma and Kronk will be near Colonel Hathi’s Outpost Restaurant, and Jack Sparrow will roam near Pirates of the Caribbean. Over in Frontierland, Oogie Boogie takes over Critter Corral, while The Phantom or Melanie Ravenswood will be at the Phantom Manor Gazebo. Disney notes that any of these can change or be canceled without notice, and lines may close early if the park gets busy.

What To Know Before You Go

The Disneyland Paris festival announcement says the October 31 program runs until 11 p.m. and is included with regular park admission at no extra charge. It is also the one day of the year when guests of all ages can visit in costume, and M&M’S, the season’s official partner, will be handing out treats.

Halloween Night is the last big event of the season. The Disney Halloween Festival opened on September 26 and wraps up on November 1. If you missed how it all kicked off, we covered the Unlucky Nugget menu and Mickey’s Halloween Celebration on opening day.

If the castle show is your priority, it is worth claiming a spot in Central Plaza before Disney Tales of Magic starts, since Nightfall follows straight after it.
