Dr. Facilier is coming to Frontierland for this year’s Disney Halloween Festival at Disneyland Paris, which runs September 26 through November 1, 2026 at Disneyland Park. The Shadow Man from The Princess and the Frog headlines the character lineup, and the decorations are already going up around the park ahead of opening day. The festival is included with regular park admission.
The Decorations Are Going Up
Mickey and Minnie pumpkins, complete with a Victorian hat, are now in place around Town Square, and crews were still dressing Main Street Station for the season on September 23.

In Frontierland, the Lucky Nugget Saloon has started its “un-lucky” Halloween overlay. This year the theme spreads beyond the saloon to Last Chance Café and the popcorn cart, as we reported when Disney confirmed the Unlucky Nugget’s return. It opens with the festival on September 26.

Dr. Facilier, Jack And Sally
Guests will find Dr. Facilier in Frontierland, where they can step into his supernatural realm for a themed photo encounter.
Pixie Dust DLP reports that Jack Skellington and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas will meet guests again this year, with the popular encounter once more using a virtual queue that requires a reservation.
Villains, A Cavalcade, And New Outfits
Per the official Disneyland Paris Halloween page, mischievous Disney Villains will join Mickey and Friends throughout the park, and a Halloween cavalcade will roll down Parade Road with Disney characters aboard autumn-themed floats. Goofy and Donald will greet guests in brand-new festive outfits, part of a gang of characters dressed in what the resort calls their bewitching best.
Disneyland Park itself gets the full seasonal treatment, with pumpkin carvings, candles, bunting and Halloween signage spread across the park. Mickey From The UK reports that a new M&M’S treat hunt will also send guests looking for Mysterious Doors around the park.
On Halloween night itself, Disneyland Park will stay open until 11 p.m. with a special program, and Disney has teased that special guests will join the celebration on October 31 without saying who.
