JetBlue is now part of Walt Disney World’s Airport Luggage Transfer service. The airline joins American Airlines, Southwest Airlines and United Airlines on Disney’s list of participating carriers, making it the fourth airline guests can use for the service at Orlando International Airport.
The service lets guests skip baggage claim when they arrive and skip the airline counter when they leave, with bags moving directly between the airport and their Disney hotel. It fills part of the gap left by Disney’s Magical Express, the free airport bus and luggage service that ended in January 2022.
Which Hotels Are Included
Airport Luggage Transfer is still limited to six Disney hotels: Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, All-Star Music Resort, All-Star Sports Resort, Art of Animation Resort, Pop Century Resort and Caribbean Beach Resort. Caribbean Beach became the first Moderate Resort in the program in August, when Disney added it to the list.
Guests have to be staying at one of those hotels and flying one of the four airlines on an eligible domestic flight through Orlando International Airport. The service can be used for arrival, departure or both. Disney does not charge for it, though airline baggage fees still apply.
How It Works
For arrivals, guests register online anytime from 30 days to 24 hours before their flight, using their Disney Resort confirmation number and flight confirmation number. Anyone who registers more than seven days out receives luggage tags in the mail. Bags are checked at the home airport as usual, and Disney says to allow up to four hours after landing for them to reach the hotel, where they can be picked up from Bell Services or delivered to the room.
For departures, guests check in with their airline online and drop their bags at Luggage Assistance in the hotel lobby between 24 hours and four hours before their flight, showing a government-issued photo ID and boarding pass. The bags are then picked up at baggage claim at the guest’s final destination.
How The Service Has Grown
Airport Luggage Transfer began as a pilot at Pop Century in March 2025, handling only departing bags for Southwest Airlines passengers. It spread to all the Value Resorts that April, added arrivals in November 2025, and took on American and United in May 2026. Disney briefly listed Delta in June before reversing course, and its page still says additional airlines could be added.
