Cinderella’s Fairy Tale Hall, the walkthrough attraction inside Cinderella Castle at Tokyo Disneyland, closed on October 1, 2026 (Japan time), and Tokyo Disney Resort has not set a date for it to reopen. The resort’s official closure schedule and the attraction’s page both list the closure as running from October 1 to “TBD.”
The resort has not given a reason for the closure or said whether the attraction will return in its current form.
What Cinderella’s Fairy Tale Hall Is
The Fantasyland attraction opened on April 15, 2011. Until the closure, it let guests walk through the lobby and corridors of Cinderella Castle to the Grand Hall, passing paintings, a diorama and other artworks that tell Cinderella’s story. Tokyo Disney Resort’s official description reads, “Enter the world of Cinderella! In the castle you can view the throne room and her glass slipper.”
The walkthrough took about eight minutes and was wheelchair and stroller accessible. In the Grand Hall, guests could take photos with Cinderella’s throne and glass slipper.
Other Tokyo Disneyland Closures In October
The same schedule shows Dumbo The Flying Elephant closed through October 22 and The Enchanted Tiki Room: Stitch Presents “Aloha E Komo Mai!” closed through October 23. Goofy’s Paint ‘n’ Play House is scheduled to close October 26 through October 30.
The park’s newest stage show, D-Groovationz4 Live, opened on September 30, one day before the hall closed.
