Disney Believe inaugural season pricing is out, and the cheapest way aboard is $2,683 for two guests on a four-night cruise in January 2028. The ship’s maiden voyage on December 18, 2027, starts at $6,444 for two, and Castaway Club members have been booking since October 12, ahead of the public opening on October 19.
The inaugural season runs 29 sailings, all from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, beginning with that five-night maiden voyage and wrapping up on May 6, 2028. Disney confirmed the maiden voyage date during its October 7 reveal, when the December 18 sail date and October 19 public booking date were announced. Now the rest of the calendar has filled in.
What It Costs
All prices cover two guests in an Inside stateroom and include taxes, fees and port expenses. The lowest fare is $2,683 on the four-night Bahamian cruise leaving January 20, 2028, and BlogMickey’s sailing-by-sailing breakdown shows Inside fares from January on running between $2,683 and $4,790.
The holidays are where it gets expensive. The New Year’s Eve Western Caribbean cruise departing December 31, 2027, starts at $6,030, and the maiden voyage tops the list at $6,444. Those were the fares when pricing was released, and pricing and availability are subject to change.
Where The Ship Goes
The season is built around six itineraries, mostly short trips to the Bahamas. The five-night maiden voyage visits Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, Disney Castaway Cay and Nassau, and a four-night cruise to Castaway Cay and Nassau follows on December 23, 2027. Two more four-night cruises visit Lookout Cay and Castaway Cay.
Starting December 31, eight five-night Western Caribbean cruises call on Cozumel and Castaway Cay. From January 10 through May 1, 2028, ten five-night Bahamian cruises visit Castaway Cay, Lookout Cay and Nassau, and seven four-night Bahamian cruises visit Nassau and Lookout Cay from January 20 through April 27, 2028.
Families aiming for the holidays have four sailings to pick from between December 18 and New Year’s Eve: the maiden voyage, two four-night cruises and the first Western Caribbean trip.
When You Can Book
Booking opened in waves, each at 8 a.m. Eastern. Pearl Castaway Club members went first on Monday, October 12, followed by Platinum members on October 13 and Gold members on October 14. Silver Castaway Club members, Disney Vacation Club members and Adventures by Disney Adventure Insiders got their turn on Thursday, October 15, and the general public can book starting Monday, October 19.
The maiden voyage comes with stricter terms. A non-refundable 10% deposit is due by 11:59 p.m. Eastern on the day you book, and the primary guest has to stay on the reservation or Disney cancels it. Anyone who wants the Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan on that sailing must buy it at booking, since it cannot be added later.
Castaway Club members get a head start of up to a week before the public window, so anyone without Castaway Club status who wants the maiden voyage or a holiday sailing should be ready the moment bookings open on October 19.
