Jimmy Kimmel Live! is heading back to Brooklyn. ABC announced that the show will spend September 28 through October 2 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Howard Gilman Opera House for its eighth Brooklyn Week, and Deadline reports the guest list is stacked.
Who Is Coming
The lineup includes New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Mahershala Ali, Billy Crystal, Pete Davidson, Robby Hoffman, Paul McCartney, Seth Meyers, Tom Morello, John Oliver, Bernie Sanders, Bruce Springsteen and Howard Stern.
De La Soul, Goose and TV On the Radio are the musical guests, and Springsteen and Morello will also perform together. Kimmel hinted that more names are coming, teasing surprise visitors on top of the announced lineup.
Stern had already revealed his date. LateNighter reports that he will sit down with Kimmel on Tuesday, September 29, his first late-night talk show appearance in nearly seven years. His last was also with Kimmel, in October 2019.
Tickets Are Already Spoken For
All five shows tape in front of a live audience at BAM. According to Rolling Stone, Kimmel told viewers the show had received almost 150,000 ticket requests and asked people to stop sending them, since the theater has only 1,600 seats.
How To Watch
Each episode airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on ABC and streams the next day on Hulu.
A Hometown Tradition
Kimmel was born in Brooklyn, and taking the show home has become a regular event. The show previously taped at BAM in 2012, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2025. Last year’s edition included Stephen Colbert as a guest after CBS announced the end of The Late Show.
The rest of the year, Jimmy Kimmel Live! tapes on Hollywood Boulevard next door to the Disney-owned El Capitan Theatre. Brooklyn Week also arrives soon after ABC called reports that Jimmy Kimmel Live! would end in 2027 inaccurate.
