Swan And Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Brings 55 Dishes And 220 Drinks On November 20 And 21

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin causeway lit up at night for an evening event

The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns on November 20 and 21 with its biggest menu yet: 55 dishes and 220 drinks, all included in a single ticket. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is holding the street party for the 17th year, and tickets are on sale now for $215 per night.

Each night runs from 5 to 9 p.m. on the causeway between the two hotels, with unlimited food and drink tastings for all four hours, plus live entertainment. Todd English of Todd English’s bluezoo and Michael Mina of Bourbon Steak are the featured chefs, and their ten-course collaborative tasting is already sold out.

What’s On The Menu

The hotel gave an early look at some of this year’s dishes, and the list leans fancy. Todd English’s bluezoo is serving an oyster espuma with Gruyère panna cotta, a Champagne sphere, sea beans, crispy Parmesan and tobiko caviar on both nights. Bourbon Steak has a slow-braised Wagyu beef short rib with celery root espuma and shallot marmalade, also on both nights.

Some dishes are only on one night, so the night you pick matters. Friday has a slow-cooked Berkshire pork belly from Smokin’ D’s BBQ and crispy fried eggplant with tzatziki and cardamom apricots from Amare. Saturday brings chestnut agnolotti with roasted pumpkin and black walnuts from Il Mulino, plus a bluefin tuna and hamachi dish from Kimonos. A “Char Siu” pulled pork slider from Carnival Corner runs both nights.

For dessert there is a cinnamon roll waffle with spiced anglaise and dulce de leche ice cream. On the drink side, the Golden Espresso Martini mixes vanilla vodka, white crème de cacao, espresso, a Far Niente dessert wine, caramel and sea salt.

Saturday Seminars And Where The Money Goes

Saturday adds three tasting seminars at 4 p.m., before the main event opens on the causeway. Guests can pick from Beer Here!, Craft Cocktails, or Salud! A Journey Through Spain, which focuses on Spanish wines. Seminar tickets are sold separately at FoodAndWineClassic.com.

Part of the proceeds this year will go to the Orange County Sheriff Foundation, which supports Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies, employees and their families.

Before You Buy

The $215 ticket is for one night and covers four hours of unlimited tastings, so anyone hoping to try both the Friday and Saturday dishes needs two tickets. A two-night bundle knocks 10% off, and taxes and fees are added at checkout. The Classic is a separate event from the parks, and no park ticket is needed. The Swan and Dolphin sits within walking distance of EPCOT’s International Gateway and Disney’s BoardWalk.

The Classic also lands right as Disney World’s holiday season gets going. If you are building a whole trip around food, Disney World’s holiday menus are out too.
