Christmas character dining at the Disneyland Resort hotels opens for booking on November 12. Goofy’s Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel and Storytellers Cafe at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will both serve all-you-care-to-enjoy Christmas buffets on December 24 and 25, 2026, and reservations go live on the Disneyland website and in the Disneyland app.
Both restaurants run holiday menus for most of the season, but Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are booked as their own dining events. If you want to spend one of those two days with Goofy or Mickey, November 12 is the date to circle.
Christmas At Goofy’s Kitchen

Goofy’s Kitchen will offer both brunch and dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Goofy and his friends will be out in their festive looks, and the restaurant adds seasonal menus, holiday décor and music. Every party also gets Disney PhotoPass digital downloads and a holiday-themed button. Characters stop by the tables during the meal, and there is a photo spot in Goofy’s zany kitchen before you head inside.
Outside of those two days, Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates the Holidays runs from November 16, 2026, through January 3, 2027, with Goofy and pals dressed in their merry best for a holiday feast. Thanksgiving Day gets its own brunch and dinner on November 26, and that one opened for booking on October 15.
Christmas At Storytellers Cafe

Over at the Grand Californian, Storytellers Cafe splits Christmas into two different meals. Brunch is a special Christmas brunch hosted by Daisy Duck and friends. Dinner belongs to Mickey Mouse, Scrooge McDuck and pals, who host what Disney calls a yuletide dinnertime feast.
Those hosts carry over from the restaurant’s regular holiday meals, which run from November 16 through January 3. Daisy’s Holiday Pajama Party covers breakfast and brunch, and guests are invited to show up in their merriest sleepwear. Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast is the dinner, with festive fare served in the Craftsman-style dining room.
Before You Book
Disney has not posted Christmas pricing yet. For a sense of scale, a regular breakfast at either restaurant currently runs $35 to $59.99 per adult, while brunch and dinner sit in Disney’s highest price tier. Both restaurants are inside the resort hotels, so you do not need a theme park ticket to eat there.
Booking happens the same way as any other Disneyland dining reservation. Sign in to your Disney account on the website or app on November 12, search for the restaurant and pick Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
