The Hallmark pop-up store at Disney Springs now has an opening day. The limited-time shop opens Wednesday, October 7, in Town Center, filling the former Francesca’s space between the Disney Vacation Club Gateway to Discovery and Everything But Water. It will carry the full Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True collection, built around Hallmark’s new Christmas movie filmed at Walt Disney World.
When Hallmark first talked about the store in August, there was no date and no address. Eight days later at D23, the company said only “early October,” and now the doors open midweek, a little under two months before the film premieres.
Because it sits in Disney Springs, you do not need a park ticket to shop it. Disney has not published store hours yet, and it has not said exactly when the pop-up will close beyond calling it a limited-time holiday shop.
What Will Be On The Shelves
The collection is tied together by a holiday toile pattern drawn from Disney Parks attractions, and it goes well past cards. Hallmark’s lineup includes greeting cards inspired by the film, some with motion and music, plus ornaments built around park moments, including a recordable one that holds a family message. There is also gift wrap printed with Walt Disney World attraction scenes, and kitchen and home pieces like tea towels, mixing bowls and blankets.
On the clothing side, look for holiday pajamas, slippers, socks and sweatshirts, plus bags, drinkware and accessories from Loungefly, Vera Bradley, Spirit Jersey and Corkcicle.
You can also buy the line on Hallmark.com, and it will turn up in the Disney Parks, at select Hallmark Gold Crown stores and at some Kohl’s and Walmart locations. At Disney Springs, the collection will share shelf space with Hallmark greeting cards, Keepsake Ornaments and Disney-inspired gifts.
Hallmark Returns To The Parks
Hallmark says the collection marks the return of its products to Disney Parks for the first time since the 1980s, and the movie is the first original Hallmark film shot at Walt Disney World. Darren Abbott, Hallmark Media’s president and chief brand officer, said that whether families are watching the movie, visiting the parks or unwrapping a Keepsake Ornament, “everything points back to the same meaningful story.”
Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True premieres Saturday, November 28 at 8/7c on Hallmark Channel and streams the next day on Hallmark+. Lacey Chabert stars as Lindsey, whose family Christmas trip to Walt Disney World takes a turn when she finds a bad first date, played by Travis Van Winkle, staying in the room next door. A wish she makes at Cinderella Fountain might be what turns things around between them.
