A Disney Store pop-up is coming to Cheshire Oaks in England this autumn. The 1,300-square-foot shop will open at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks with Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars merchandise, including toys, clothing, accessories, stationery, plush, collectibles and costumes.
Disney has not announced an exact opening date or the shop’s unit location within the center yet, only that the pop-up will open this autumn.
Discounts And New Arrivals
Since it is going into an outlet center, the pop-up is built around deals. Alongside new and seasonal products, shoppers will find discounted merchandise, multibuy offers and savings of up to 40% on select items. Because the shop covers Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars, families can pick up costumes, plush, toys and clothing from several franchises in one stop.
“We’re thrilled to be opening in Cheshire Oaks this Autumn,” Patrick Sager, Disney’s VP of Global Disney Store Retail and Marketing, said in the announcement, as reported by Laughing Place. “The Disney Store Pop Up will give families and fans another way to shop official merchandise inspired by the stories and characters they love, with new and seasonal products, special offers and a broad range of price points. Whatever their reason for shopping, we hope the store will help even more people bring home a little Disney wonder.”
Where Disney Store Is In The UK Now
Right now, Disney Store has five locations in the UK and Ireland. It runs a store on Oxford Street in London and one on Grafton Street in Dublin, plus shops inside Selfridges in London, Birmingham and Manchester Trafford. Fans outside those cities can shop online at DisneyStore.co.uk.
Cheshire Oaks adds a second stop in the northwest of England, alongside Selfridges Manchester Trafford. The outlet center sits in Ellesmere Port in Cheshire, between Chester and Liverpool, and it is run by McArthurGlen.
Following The US Pop-Ups
Disney Store has tried this before. This year, it opened similar shops in Paramus, New Jersey, and Pittsburgh under the name Disney Store Limited Time. The Cheshire Oaks shop goes by Disney Store Pop Up instead, but the idea is the same: a smaller shop stocked with official merchandise and deals.
Disney fans in Europe have another pop-up option this season, too. Near Disneyland Paris, the Val d’Europe mall is hosting a Frozen pop-up with an AR river ride through November 1.
