Bountiful Valley Brews, the new outdoor bar going up along the Performance Corridor at Disney California Adventure, opens in November, and the first look at its menu leans hard on cocktails. Alongside craft beer and micheladas, the kiosk will pour a vodka martini topped with blueberry foam, a strawberry-mango margarita, a whiskey peach tea and a three-drink flight that brings all of them together.

The food side is a single snack for now: a Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll served with a pesto dipping sauce. There is also one non-alcoholic option for guests who want something cold without the booze.

The Full Bountiful Valley Brews Menu

Here is everything announced so far for the opening menu:

  • Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll with pesto dipping sauce
  • Pomegranate-Blueberry Refresher (non-alcoholic): pomegranate and lime juices with blueberry foam, topped with berries
  • Vodka Pomegranate-Blueberry Martini: vodka with pomegranate and lime juices and blueberry foam
  • Strawberry-Mango Margarita: tequila with strawberry, mango, orange and lime juices and a chile-lime rim
  • Southern Whiskey Peach Tea: whiskey with peach black tea, garnished with a peach gummy ring
  • Bountiful Valley Cocktail Flight: the Vodka Pomegranate-Blueberry Martini, Strawberry-Mango Margarita and Whiskey Peach Tea
  • Select craft beers and select micheladas

The refresher is essentially the martini without the vodka, finished with berries on top. The flight is the easiest way to try the three cocktails without committing to full drinks of each. Prices have not been released yet.

The Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll will look familiar to anyone who has worked through the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, where a pizza egg roll was sold at the California Craft Brews marketplace on this same stretch of the park. This version swaps in pesto as the only dipping sauce.

Where To Find It And What It Will Look Like

Disney’s official Bountiful Valley Brews page is already live and lists the kiosk as coming soon on the Performance Corridor, the walkway between Carthay Circle Restaurant and the entrance to Avengers Campus. Disney describes it as a quick-service stop for craft beers, micheladas, seasonal alcoholic drinks and light bites.

The concept art shows a blue wood-sided stand with a “Cold Beer” sign over the counter, a row of taps, a corrugated metal roof shading the service line and a patio of wooden tables off to the side. A sign pointing guests toward mobile order pickup is also part of the design.

The name is a callback to Bountiful Valley Farm, one of the park’s opening-day areas from 2001. We first reported in September that the building behind the Performance Corridor gates was Bountiful Valley Brews.

When Bountiful Valley Brews Opens

No exact opening day has been announced yet, just November, which lands it in the middle of the holiday season at Disney California Adventure. The alcoholic drinks are for guests 21 and older.

Once the menu goes live with prices, it will be added to our Disney park menu pages alongside every other restaurant and snack stand in the park.
