The structure going up behind the gates along the Performance Corridor at Disney California Adventure is Bountiful Valley Brews, the beer and light bites kiosk Disney announced in August without saying where it would go.
I’ve been told that the building they’re building behind these gates along the performance corridor in Disney California Adventure is going to be another location for selling beer and possibly snacks and they’re cutting the number of festival food booths down to 6.

What Disney Has Confirmed
Disney announced Bountiful Valley Brews through its Disney Eats channels in August, describing it as a new kiosk serving light bites and brews, opening later this year. No opening date and no menu have been released, and the announcement gave no location.
The location is now effectively answered. Laughing Place photographed the metal structure on September 8, describing a new kiosk rising inside the gated area behind Carthay Circle Theatre and before Avengers Campus. That is the stretch of walkway Disney uses as the festival marketplace every spring.
Why That Spot Makes Sense
The Performance Corridor already carries the utility hookups and pad space Disney builds festival booths on, which makes converting one of those positions into a permanent kiosk about the cheapest new dining capacity available in the park. It also gives the corridor something to do for the many months of the year when the booths are down and the walkway is quiet.
The name is a callback. Bountiful Valley Farm opened with the park in 2001 as a tribute to California agriculture, complete with real orange trees, a Caterpillar tractor exhibit and the Irrigation Station play area. A Bug’s Land absorbed it in 2002, the farm itself closed in 2010, and the ground it stood on is now split between the former A Bug’s Land site and Cars Land.
The Part That Is Not Confirmed
We were also told that the number of festival food booths is being cut to six. Disney has not announced any change to the festival format, and we have not been able to confirm that figure independently, so treat it as a tip rather than a fact.
For scale, the 2026 Food and Wine Festival ran eight marketplace booths, five of them along the Performance Corridor itself: California Craft Brews, Garlic Kissed, Golden Dreams, LA Style and Peppers Cali-Ente. A drop to six would be a modest trim by that measure, though the festival has been far bigger in the past, running fourteen marketplaces in 2018.
If a permanent kiosk takes one of the corridor pads, one fewer temporary booth in that stretch follows logically. Whether Disney is going further than that is the open question.
A Busy Park To Build In
Disney California Adventure is carrying more construction than its neighbor right now. Avengers Campus is expanding with Stark Flight Lab and Avengers Infinity Defense, and the Coco attraction is walled off near Pixar Pier. A kiosk is small by comparison, but it is the one guests will be able to buy something from first.
We will update this story when Disney sets an opening date, releases a menu, or addresses the booth count for next spring’s festival.
