The 2027 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival will run from March 10 through May 31, giving the spring event a run of nearly three months. Disney confirmed the dates alongside a first look at what is coming back, including the character topiaries, the Garden Rocks Concert Series and the Outdoor Kitchens scattered around the park.

Topiaries, Gardens And Exhibits

The character topiaries remain the signature of the event. Disney described the 2027 return as bringing back topiaries inspired by Disney characters, along with vibrant gardens and floral displays built specifically as photo backdrops.

Disney has not yet released the full topiary lineup, which usually arrives closer to opening and is the detail most returning guests watch for, since the roster shifts year to year as new films and characters cycle through the park.

Garden Rocks Concert Series

The Garden Rocks Concert Series returns to the America Gardens Theatre, and Disney says the 2027 lineup will mix chart-topping artists with local Orlando talent. Admission is included with EPCOT park entry and seating is first come, first served.

Dining packages that guarantee a seat will be offered again, letting guests eat at a participating EPCOT restaurant before the show. The performer list and the reservation date for the Garden Rocks Dining Package have both been held back for a later announcement.

The Outdoor Kitchens

The Outdoor Kitchens come back for 2027 with what Disney describes as a mix of returning favorites and brand new dishes, built around garden inspired flavors from around the world. Menus and prices, along with the number of kitchens, will land in a foodie guide closer to opening rather than with this announcement.

A Nine Day Gap Between Festivals

Flower and Garden opens nine days after the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts closes on March 1. That leaves EPCOT running a festival almost continuously from mid January through the end of May, and the changeover between the two is a short one for a park that has to swap out an entire layer of decor, kiosks and entertainment.

The horticulture team’s work at EPCOT tends to show up in places well beyond the festival itself, which is part of why the park keeps producing surprises for guests who look closely, like the Dreamfinder hidden in the Germany train garden.

More Details Still To Come

Disney says additional festival details are still coming, including Outdoor Kitchen menus, family activities and festival merchandise. For now the calendar is the news, and March 10 through May 31 is the window worth booking around.
