The return of X-Men 97 is getting a fast-food celebration. Dave’s Hot Chicken is marking the arrival of the animated series’ second season on Disney+ with a limited-time collectible meal, pairing the chain’s signature Nashville-style hot chicken with blind-bag figures and exclusive app rewards tied to the show.
The promotion lands alongside the July 1 debut of X-Men 97 Season 2, giving fans a reason to grab a meal while diving back into the adventures of Marvel’s mutants.
What Comes With The Collectible Meal
According to Dave’s Hot Chicken, the $13.99 tie-in centers on the Dave’s #4 Meal, which comes with either a Slider and Fries or Bites and Fries plus one blind-bag collectible figurine featuring one of four fan-favorite characters: Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, or Jean Grey. Fans can also unlock limited-edition pins and exclusive comic content through the Dave’s Hot Chicken app while supplies last.
The blind-bag format means fans will not know which character figure they are getting until they open it, adding a collectible chase element for X-Men enthusiasts. It is a natural fit for a fandom that has long embraced collecting, from trading cards to action figures, and it gives the show’s revival a presence beyond the screen.
X-Men 97 Season 2 Is Streaming Now
X-Men 97 continues the story of the beloved 1990s animated series and became one of Marvel Studios’ most acclaimed television efforts with its first season.
