The Mickey’s of Glendale pop-up is coming back to Walt Disney World, and this time it isn’t just for Gold Members. D23 will host the one-day event on Sunday, November 15, in the Coronado Ballroom at the Coronado Springs Convention Center, and General Members can get in too.

Tickets go on sale Friday, October 23, at 10 a.m. Pacific and 1 p.m. Eastern. Gold Members pay $15 per ticket and General Members pay $25, with a $3 processing fee added to each.

Why Mickey’s Of Glendale Is Hard To Shop

Mickey’s of Glendale is the company store on the Imagineering campus in Glendale, California, and it normally serves the people who work there. That makes its Imagineering-branded merchandise hard to come by for everyone else. D23 is promising “a wondrous selection of Walt Disney Imagineering merchandise” for Members shopping for themselves or for gifts.

The last Florida visit was on April 12, 2025, also at Coronado Springs. That one was limited to Gold Members, and shoppers got 30-minute windows. This year’s event is open to both membership tiers and doubles the shopping time to a full hour.

How The Shopping Windows Work

Shopping runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Each Member can book one hour-long window for themselves and one guest; both need a ticket. If the same name shows up in more than one time slot, only the first booking counts. You can’t line up more than 30 minutes before your window starts, and you won’t be let in outside of it. Guests under 18 must come with a ticketed parent or guardian.

Bring a photo ID and your D23 Membership card; both are checked at the door. The Member has to attend in person, or the guest won’t be admitted, and anyone who holds a ticket but does not show up gives up their place. Tickets can’t be transferred, and every sale is final, with no cancellations or refunds for any reason, including illness or a change in travel plans.

Disney may photograph and film guests at the event, and D23 notes that all of its events are subject to change without notice.

More Room For General Members

It’s the latest D23 event to widen access this fall; tickets for its 9 to 5 screening at the El Capitan Theatre are now on sale to everyone. For the Glendale pop-up, General Members pay $10 more than Gold Members, but they get the same hour in the store.

For fans who live far from California, the pop-up is a rare chance to shop Mickey’s of Glendale merchandise without a trip to the Imagineering campus. Tickets are limited and sold first come, first served, so if you want in, set an alarm for Friday and have your D23 login ready before the sale opens.
