Hurly-Burly opens at Disney’s BoardWalk on October 1 with no reservations at all, and Disney has now published the venue’s complete food and drink menu. The new spot takes over the space that housed Jellyrolls, the dueling piano bar that closed in 2025 after nearly three decades, and its opening day lands on Walt Disney World’s 55th anniversary.
A Seaside Theater That Changes After Dark
The venue is built around the story of a historic seaside theater from the BoardWalk’s vaudeville era, dressed in what Disney describes as vintage drinks and light bites inspired by world class performances and nautical novelty. It runs on two schedules. During the afternoons, families can drop in for host-led activities like trivia and games. At 9 p.m. every night, Hurly-Burly becomes a live music venue for guests 21 and older. A walk-up window will serve select drinks to guests strolling the BoardWalk without stepping inside, and the whole operation is walk-up only, with no Advance Dining Reservations offered.

The Full Menu, From Meatballs To The Mertini
The all-day menu leans on shareable small plates built around classic boardwalk fare. Meatballs in Tomato Gravy combines veal, pork and beef meatballs with stracciatella cheese, Pecorino Romano and toasted focaccia, with a plant-based version available on request. The Antipasto plate stacks sliced meats, Burrata, Pecorino Romano and marinated vegetables. Rounding out the savory side are Mini Pretzels with Bacon-Cheese Fondue, a Tomato Pie on focaccia, Oven-Roasted Shrimp with garlic, herbs and a sweet pepper-onion relish, and Roast Beef Sliders with horseradish-mustard sour cream. A Theater Concessions plate bundles a trio of meatballs, a sugar cookie and buttered popcorn, and Mini Apple Cider Doughnuts close things out for dessert.

The cocktail list carries the theater theme just as far. The Mertini is a gin martini built on Plymouth Navy Strength Gin and billed as an ode to the theater’s maritime melodrama. The Overproof Amaretto Sour uses Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style bourbon, and the La Taquilla Picante, which translates to The Hot Ticket, is a spicy margarita finished with a spiced nutmeg rim. The Atlantic Review mixes mandarin blossom vodka, Cointreau, orange juice and Sprite, while the Bubble Brava! sparkles with passion fruit liqueur, Italian amaro, lemon and Prosecco. Guests of any age can order the Overture in Orange, a frozen orange and cream treat, or the Caramel Corn Cold Brew, which comes topped with caramel sweet cream and actual caramel popcorn. A full wine list plus beer, cider and hard seltzer selections round out the offerings.

The BoardWalk Keeps Rebuilding Its Nightlife
Hurly-Burly was announced earlier this year as the replacement for Jellyrolls, and it gives the district an indoor, air-conditioned hangout that works as a family stop by day and a nightcap destination after the fireworks. Like Jellyrolls before it, the venue takes walk-ups only, though Disney has not mentioned a cover charge. The opening also continues a busy stretch of news for Walt Disney World’s resort side, following the details that surfaced about Disney Lakeshore Lodge and other projects on the resort’s own podcast. All menu offerings are subject to change and availability once the doors open on October 1.
