Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are getting their first Disney Cruise Line show. The Zootopia partners will star in a brand-new family show aboard the Disney Believe where guests use their detective skills to help the pair solve their latest case, Disney announced during Wednesday’s livestream reveal.

The show will play in Gazelle, the ship’s new entertainment hub, which shares its name with the pop star from the Zootopia films. Disney introduced it with a nod to her hit song, inviting guests to “try everything” at Gazelle.

Family Fun By Day, Adults Only At Night

Gazelle takes its look from the bustling city at the center of Disney Animation’s Zootopia films. During the day it will host family fun such as trivia, games and character encounters, and at night it switches over to adult-exclusive entertainment, silent discos and variety acts.

The poster Disney released shows an art deco version of the Zootopia skyline under a blazing sun, set inside a teal frame. Small medallions around the edges hold a pair of theater masks with animal faces, a disco ball, a music note, a question mark and a microphone.

The setup follows the model of Luna on the Disney Wish, which hosts family game shows, trivia and musical acts and turns to adults-only entertainment at night. Gazelle gives the Believe its own version with a Zootopia theme.

Judy and Nick were already part of the buildup to the reveal. During the scavenger hunt Disney ran aboard the Disney Wish this week, guests chasing Believe clues got a surprise encounter with Judy and Nick, a preview of the pair’s arrival. Disney Cruise Line fans may also know them from the bronze statue of the duo in Jumbeaux’s Sweets on the Disney Treasure, but the Believe show is the first time they will star in Disney Cruise Line entertainment.

Disney did not give the detective show a name in its announcement.

When You Can Sail

General on-sale bookings for the Believe open October 19, 2026. The ship sails its maiden voyage December 18, 2027, from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, with four- and five-night cruises to the Bahamas and the Caribbean. It is the fourth and final Wish-class ship, joining the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.

Gazelle was one of a long list of reveals during the stream, which Disney first scheduled for October 7. Disney also announced “Disney Encanto,” the first stage adaptation of the film, Tangled: The Musical with new sets, Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast, the Wishing Well, Sea Notes, Skygazers, two new coffee shops and the two-story Believe Tower Suite.
