If you were hoping to spend Thanksgiving week at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you are out of luck. November 25 and November 27 have both sold out at Magic Kingdom, joining November 24, so every party night that week is now gone. December 18 is sold out too, BlogMickey reported on Saturday, October 24.
That brings the season to 13 sold-out nights out of 25. More than half the calendar is gone, and 12 nights are left between November 15 and December 17.
The Three Newest Sellouts
November 25 is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and its tickets cost $209. November 27 is the Friday after the holiday, at $219. With November 24 already gone since September, the closest night to Thanksgiving that still has tickets is Sunday, November 29, at $214.
December 18 was a $229 Friday night. It follows December 20 and December 22, the party night closest to Christmas, which both sold out earlier this month. December 17 is now the only $229 night left.
None of the three newest sellouts had an Annual Passholder discount, but the discounted nights have been going faster overall. Seven of the 11 discount nights are sold out, compared with six of the other 14.
Which Nights Still Have Tickets
The best prices left are on November 15 and November 19, both at $194, or $184 for Annual Passholders. Next come November 29, December 3 and December 6 at $214, with Passholders paying $204 on November 29 and December 3. Every other open night runs $219 to $229.
Only four Passholder discount nights remain: November 15, 19 and 29, and December 3. Disney lists party tickets at $189 to $229 plus tax depending on the date, and children ages 3 to 9 save $10 per ticket on any night, according to the official party page.
How Fast Things Are Moving
The sellouts have been coming in steady waves. November 24 was the first to go on September 29, December 22 followed on October 3, and November 9, November 13 and December 1 went on October 16. Days later, opening night on November 8 and November 20 sold out too. November 12 and November 17 are also gone.
Last year every one of the 25 nights was sold out by November 19. Disney also says party tickets have limited availability and may not be available on the day of the event or earlier, so anyone eyeing one of the 12 open nights should not count on a last-minute purchase.
