Shoppers at Val d’Europe, the mall next door to Disneyland Paris, can step into a Frozen-themed corner of the shopping center through November 1. L’Escale Royale: Destination Arendelle opened October 16, and ED92Magic shared photos and video of it on October 21.

From October 16th to November 1st Hours: 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00
The name roughly translates to “The Royal Stopover,” and the setup is built to look like a slice of the kingdom. A row of colorful Arendelle-style house fronts in pink, yellow, orange and blue lines the back, with a maypole strung with ribbons, a long banquet table under a purple cloth and wooden benches set out on a patch of artificial grass.
What There Is To Do
The event is split between two spots in the mall. At Place des Étoiles, families pick up a mini passport and find an augmented-reality river ride, craft workshops, games and sensory activities. At Porte des Terrasses, a giant walk-in crystal inspired by Elsa’s Ice Palace comes with a personality test.
The activities are offered through Val d’Europe & Moi, the mall’s loyalty program, so guests sign up for it to take part. No characters appear in the photos shared so far.
A wooden cottage-style booth carries the Disneyland Paris logo and the L’Escale Royale sign, and a banner in the mall promotes “Le Monde de La Reine des Neiges,” the French name for World of Frozen. The land opened March 29, 2026, as part of the expansion that turned Walt Disney Studios Park into Disney Adventure World.
World of Frozen itself includes the Frozen Ever After boat ride and a meet-and-greet with Elsa and Anna inside Arendelle Castle. Elsa’s Ice Palace tops The North Mountain above the village, and Oaken and Mossie the baby troll roam the streets. Kristoff joins them for the first time when the holiday season starts November 7.
When To Go
The pop-up is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and again from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Val d’Europe is one stop from the parks on the RER A line.
It runs during the French fall school holidays, just before World of Frozen’s first Christmas season. Back at the park, World of Frozen’s first Christmas decorations are already going up ahead of November 7.
