Disney earnings for the full 2026 fiscal year arrive on Tuesday, November 17. The company said on October 12 that it will post its fourth-quarter and full-year results before the stock market opens that morning, then hold a live webcast at 8:30 a.m. ET (5:30 a.m. PT).

The results and the webcast will both be on Disney’s investor relations site, which will also keep an archived replay for anyone who can’t listen live.

D’Amaro’s First Full-Year Report

This will be the first full-year report since Josh D’Amaro took over as CEO from Bob Iger at the company’s annual meeting in March. D’Amaro spent the previous six years running Disney Experiences, the division that covers the theme parks, resorts and cruise line. Through the fiscal year being reported, it also housed most of Disney’s consumer products business, which began moving under Disney Entertainment this month. Experiences remains Disney’s biggest source of operating income.

The year has also come with cost cutting at the corporate level, including a third round of 2026 layoffs that hit hundreds of HR and technology employees.

Where Disney Stood After The Third Quarter

Disney goes into the report coming off a strong third quarter. In August it posted third-quarter revenue of $25.25 billion, up 7% from a year earlier, and adjusted earnings of $2.06 per share, up 28%. Experiences brought in $9.97 billion in revenue, up 10%, and its operating income rose 20% to $3.02 billion. Entertainment operating income jumped 64% to $1.68 billion.

Disney credited Walt Disney World with a standout quarter, helped by domestic visitors, Annual Passholders and its summer offers. It also kept its target for full-year adjusted earnings-per-share growth at about 12%, or about 16% with the extra week included.

What To Watch For On November 17

For the parks, Disney said in August that Experiences operating income growth for fiscal 2026 should land at the high end of its earlier high-single-digit forecast, not counting the extra week in this year’s fiscal calendar. Fiscal 2026 has a 53rd week, which Disney said would add roughly $600 million to fourth-quarter segment operating income, so it gives its targets both with and without it. It also said it expected guest numbers to grow again worldwide in the fourth quarter, despite softer consumer demand in Asia.

The bar is high. In fiscal 2025, Experiences set a full-year record with $10 billion in operating income, up 8%, and its fourth quarter was a record too at $1.9 billion. The November report will show whether the division topped both.
