You can walk up and order a Dole Whip at Disneyland’s Tiki Juice Bar again. As of Saturday, October 24, the Adventureland stand is taking cash and card orders at the front window, ending the mobile order only setup that guests have grumbled about since it started. Mobile orders still work, and they are now picked up at the back of the stand.
The Tiki Juice Bar in Adventureland at Disneyland is no longer mobile order only! They’re now cash/card in the front and mobile order in the back!

Why This Is A Big Deal
The Tiki Juice Bar used to work like any other snack stand: you got in line, ordered at the window and walked away with your Dole Whip. When it switched to mobile order only, that simple routine went away. Guests who just wanted a quick pineapple soft serve had to pull out their phones, open the Disneyland app, place an order and wait for a pickup window, and anyone without the app or a working phone was out of luck.
That made one of the park’s most popular snacks one of the more frustrating ones to get, and the mobile order only rule was a regular complaint. Saturday’s change fixes it without taking anything away. Walk-up guests order and pay at the front, and mobile order guests skip that line and head to the back when the app says their order is ready, so the two groups are no longer crowding the same spot.
What The Tiki Juice Bar Serves
The menu is short and simple. The stand sits outside Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, and its official menu lists a Dole Whip pineapple soft serve for $7.49, a Dole Whip cone for $7.19 and a Dole Whip float for $7.99, plus Dole pineapple juice and bottled water for $4.79 each and chamoy sauce for $1.39. Prices are before tax.
Mobile ordering at this stand is not new. Disneyland first tested mobile-only Dole Whip ordering at the Tiki Juice Bar back in 2019, and more recently the counter had been taking app orders only. Now guests get both options.
Before You Go
Disney has not said whether the new setup is permanent or a trial, so it is worth checking the stand when you arrive. If the front window is open, you can pay with cash or a card there. If you prefer to order ahead, place a mobile order in the Disneyland app and head to the back of the stand when it is ready.
