The Fantasy Springs Entrance at Tokyo DisneySea will open to every guest with a park ticket starting April 1, 2027. From that day, anyone can enter or re-enter the park through the gate inside Fantasy Springs after 11 a.m., no hotel stay required, according to Tokyo Disney Resort’s official FAQ.
Right now that gate is effectively a hotel perk. Only two groups can come in that way today: guests of the Fantasy Springs Hotel, who can use it all day, and guests of the Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel, who can use it from 10 a.m. Everyone else has to come through the park’s main entrance and cross Tokyo DisneySea to reach Frozen Kingdom, Rapunzel’s Forest and Peter Pan’s Never Land.
What Changes Next April
The current rules stay in place through March 31, 2027. After that, the 11 a.m. opening for day guests covers both first entry and same-day re-entry, so you can step out through Fantasy Springs and come back the same way later. Hotel guests keep what they have now, with Fantasy Springs Hotel guests still allowed through all day and Toy Story Hotel guests from 10 a.m.
For everyone else, the new option matters most in the middle of the day. Mornings still start at the main gate. But anyone arriving after 11 a.m., or popping out for lunch or a hotel break, will have a second way in that drops them right inside Fantasy Springs, the park’s newest area, which opened on June 6, 2024.
That means walking in among Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey, Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival, Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure and Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies instead of crossing the rest of the park first.
The Fine Print
You still need a valid Tokyo DisneySea ticket to come in this way. Leaving through the gate is already open to everyone all day, as long as you’re inside Fantasy Springs before 9 p.m. The new rule is posted more than five months before it takes effect, so anyone planning a spring 2027 trip can factor it in now, and it’s worth checking the entrance guide again close to your visit.
Tokyo DisneySea has another 2027 addition on the way in Bring the Rhythm!, the new Broadway Music Theatre show set to open that autumn.
