Auberge de Cendrillon Debuts A New €100 (About $112) Menu With Beef Parmentier And Truffle Sauce

Auberge de Cendrillon restaurant in Fantasyland at Disneyland Paris

Auberge de Cendrillon, the princess dining room in Fantasyland at Disneyland Paris, debuted a new menu Thursday, October 22. Disney has posted the new menu on the restaurant’s page, and DLP Report shared it the day before. Adults pay €100 (about $112) for a three-course meal that includes dishes like beef parmentier with truffle sauce and a duck pâté en croûte.

The restaurant serves a set-menu meal in the company of the Disney Princesses and Mickey Mouse, inside a French country inn themed to Cinderella.

The Adult Menu

Adults pick a starter, main and dessert for €100 (about $112), or €125 (about $140) with a glass of wine with the starter and main and a glass of Champagne with dessert.

Starters are a vegan pumpkin velouté with pan-fried shiitake mushrooms and pumpkin seeds, a smoked salmon and spinach roll, or duck pâté en croûte with apricot and ginger.

Mains are a beef parmentier with garden herb salad and a full-bodied truffle sauce, a prawn risotto with garden peas and a Parmesan crisp, roasted chicken breast with morel sauce and sage baby potatoes, or a vegan soft chickpea patty.

There are three desserts: Cinderella’s dessert, a vegan warm cocoa fondant with soy and almond syrup emulsion and soy-pistachio cream, or seasonal fruit in a lemon and verbena jelly with red fruit soup.

The Kids’ Menu And Drinks

Children ages 3 to 11 eat for €50 (about $56). Their meal opens with a Fairy canapé of pumpkin soup and a Kiri cheese open sandwich, or smoked salmon rolled with Kiri. Mains are thyme chicken, a tropical sole fillet or pasta with vegetables, and dessert is Cinderella’s surprise or a red fruit soup with whipped vanilla cream. A bottle of water, orange or apple juice, or milk is included.

Soft drinks off the set menu cost €5 to €6 (about $6 to $7), and full bottles of wine run from €38 to €72 (about $43 to $81). Drinking water is also available.

The update follows another Disneyland Paris dining change this month, when Colonel Hathi’s Outpost added self-order kiosks.
