The Avengers: Doomsday global tour will make nine stops before the movie opens on December 18: Las Vegas, São Paulo, Gold Coast, Rome, London, Seoul, Shanghai, Toronto and Los Angeles. Marvel Studios revealed the cities one at a time on Thursday through the live countdown it has been running for the film, then confirmed the tour with a short video of its own.

Las Vegas was the first city to appear on the countdown, followed by São Paulo. The rest filled in over the next hour, and by mid-morning Pacific time the full list of nine cities was up. Dates for each stop have not been announced yet, and neither has the list of cast members traveling to each one.

Five Continents, No New York

The route covers North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Gold Coast is the Australian stop, Seoul and Shanghai cover Asia, and Rome and London handle Europe. Toronto is the only Canadian city on the list.

A couple of big cities are missing. There is no New York stop and no Paris stop, and fans noticed quickly on social media. Los Angeles closes out the list, though Marvel has not said whether the tour ends with a premiere there.

Marvel has already staged Doomsday events across Asia this fall, including a 15-foot Doctor Doom float that led a parade through Tokyo.

Who Could Be Traveling

Avengers: Doomsday has the biggest cast Marvel Studios has ever put together. Robert Downey Jr. plays Doctor Doom. Chris Hemsworth is back as Thor, Chris Evans returns as Steve Rogers, and Anthony Mackie leads as Sam Wilson’s Captain America. Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, Tom Hiddleston and Paul Rudd are in it too, along with the Fantastic Four and a group of X-Men that includes Channing Tatum’s Gambit.

Marvel has not said whether the whole cast will travel together or split up by region. With nine cities and about six weeks until opening day, the schedule will be tight either way.

What Happens Next

Joe and Anthony Russo directed the film, their first Avengers movie since Avengers: Endgame. The countdown is still live, and Marvel has been using it to drop each new piece of news this week, so it is the place to watch for tour dates and the cast heading to each city. Fans in the nine cities should keep an eye on it for fan events tied to each stop.

Avengers: Doomsday opens in theaters on December 18.
