Florida residents can now save up to 30% on rooms at select Walt Disney World hotels next spring. The new room-only offer covers select nights from January 3 through April 29, 2027, and it is already bookable.
The biggest savings land on the back half of that window. Most nights from February 28 through April 29 get the full discount, while January and most of February are limited to Sunday through Thursday nights at a smaller rate. Guests just need to show proof of Florida residency when they check in.
How Much You Save At Each Hotel
Disney splits the hotels into three groups. Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resorts get the deepest cut: 30% off most nights from late February through April, and 25% off most Sunday through Thursday nights from January 3 through February 25. That group includes the Grand Floridian, Contemporary, BoardWalk Inn, Beach Club, Yacht Club, Wilderness Lodge, Animal Kingdom Lodge and Riviera, plus most of the Disney Vacation Club villas.
The middle group mixes the Moderate resorts with a few Deluxe room types. Caribbean Beach, Coronado Springs, Port Orleans Riverside, the Art of Animation family suites and the Polynesian Village Resort all save 25% in the spring stretch and 20% on the earlier weeknights.
Value resorts round it out at 20% and 15%. That covers the three All-Star resorts, Pop Century, Port Orleans French Quarter, standard rooms at Art of Animation and standard location rooms at Port Orleans Riverside.
Is It The Best Deal For You?
For most Floridians, yes. The resident rates run five points better than the general spring room offer at every tier, and they match the Disney Visa Cardmember rates exactly. The one group that can do better is Annual Passholders, who already have their own spring offer of up to 35% off. If you live in Florida and hold a pass, price that one first, because the offers cannot be combined.
Guests who already have a spring stay booked can check whether the new rate applies by changing the reservation online and searching for other offers.
What To Know Before You Book
Stays can run from one to 14 nights, and Disney holds back a limited number of rooms for the offer, so popular dates can disappear. A few room types are left out entirely, including 3-bedroom villas anywhere on property, the cabins at Copper Creek Villas and Cabins, and the bungalows, Tower 1-bedroom villas, 2-bedroom villas and penthouses at the Polynesian Villas and Bungalows.
Park tickets are not part of the deal, and some ticket types still need a park reservation. Rooms with more than two adults can carry extra per-adult charges. Disney has not posted a booking deadline. You can book online or by calling (407) 939-5277, and every stay still comes with Early Theme Park Entry and free resort transportation.
