EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Menus Arrive With 30 Legacy Dishes And A Cheese Exhibit

2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival key art

The full menus for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival have arrived. Disney released the complete Foodie Guide on Wednesday, covering every dish, drink and Global Marketplace for a festival that runs August 27 through November 21 and celebrates 30 years of eating around World Showcase. To mark the milestone, 30 dishes from festivals past are coming back, some exactly as guests remember them and others reimagined for 2026, each carrying a special anniversary icon in the guide.

Thirty Legacy Dishes And A Wave Of New Ones

The returning favorites span three decades of festival history, from the Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli at Forest & Field to the Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer at the Australia marketplace and the Kirschwasser Torte at The Alps. One legacy item, the Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese first introduced in 2015 at Farm Fresh, returns with smoked cheddar sauce, bacon, crab seasoning, roasted corn, herbed panko and jalapenos. The brand-new column is just as long, headlined by Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings at Gyozas of the Galaxy, a Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt at Hops & Barley, and a non-alcoholic Cannoli Milk Shake topped with chocolate shavings, a cannoli shell and a maraschino cherry. The guide covers dozens of Global Marketplaces spread across World Celebration, World Nature and World Showcase.

The Festival Is Getting A Cheese Museum

The biggest structural addition this year is Cheers to Cheese!, an interactive exhibit taking over CommuniCore Hall from September 18 through November 8 that explores the history, culture and fun facts of one of the festival’s favorite food groups. Inside, a marketplace called The Wedge, hosted by Dairy Does More, serves the Cannoli Milk Shake, cheese flights and creative takes on macaroni and cheese. The exhibit pairs naturally with the returning Emile’s Fromage Montage, the beloved cheese crawl where guests sample participating dishes marked with a cheese icon, collect stamps in their Festival Passport and redeem the completed challenge for a special treat.

What Else Returns

Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak is back as well, sending families hunting for hidden Remy figures throughout the park with a scavenger hunt map and stickers, and a prize at the finish while supplies last. As in past years, some Global Marketplaces will open on a phased schedule rather than all at once, so the Foodie Guide’s per-booth opening dates are worth checking before building a tasting itinerary around any single stand.

The timing closes a gap regulars will have felt: EPCOT has been between festivals since summer, and World Showcase simply operates differently once the booths return. With the festival opening exactly one week from the menu drop, the planning window is short, and the anniversary items give longtime attendees a reason to retrace thirty years of festival memories one small plate at a time. Fittingly, the park heads into its big anniversary season looking refreshed, right down to the water flowing again at the Spaceship Earth fountain.
