If you struck out trying to book a table at Downtown Disney’s hottest new restaurant, here is your second chance. Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby announced Thursday that after selling out its initial reservations through September, it has increased its nightly dining capacity, expanded its dinner hours, and released a new inventory of reservations as part of its phased opening at Disneyland Resort.
New Reservations Through December 30
Guests can now reserve newly released tables for dates beginning Friday, July 17 all the way through December 30, 2026. Bookings are available via OpenTable and the restaurant’s official website. The restaurant is currently open nightly for dinner from 4 PM to 10 PM, a slightly earlier start than the 4:30 PM opening it offered during its first week.
Demand Exceeded Expectations
Since opening on July 13, The Carnaby has quickly become one of Anaheim’s most sought after dining destinations, drawing crowds for its vibrant interpretation of 1960s Swinging London, signature British cuisine, theatrical cocktails, and immersive design. The restaurant says the initial block of reservations sold out within minutes.
“The excitement surrounding The Carnaby has exceeded even our highest expectations,” said Robert Earl, Founder of Earl Enterprises, adding that the team is expanding capacity thoughtfully so it can welcome more guests while maintaining the hospitality and culinary experience that define the restaurant.
What To Expect At The Carnaby
Inspired by London’s iconic Carnaby Street, the restaurant blends Chef Ramsay’s celebrated British fare with a lively social atmosphere. Signature dishes include Beef Wellington, Fish and Chips, Bangers and Mash, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, alongside an interactive Prime Rib Cart, inventive cocktails, and a curated soundtrack celebrating the music of Britain’s cultural revolution. No park ticket is required to dine, and while walk ins are accepted based on availability, a reservation is strongly recommended given the demand.
