La Signature reopened with a whole new look in EPCOT’s France pavilion. The Guerlain boutique welcomed guests back on Wednesday, October 14, after a refurbishment that began June 29. It came back with new floors, new wood displays and crystal chandeliers that give the room a more formal feel.
The reopening came two days later than first planned. Disney had listed the shop as open on October 12, but the doors stayed shut that morning and the date slid to Wednesday, as we reported when La Signature missed its reopening date. This time it stuck, and the shop is posting regular 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. hours.
Wood, Marble And A Lot Of Bees
The biggest change is the room itself. The white cabinets, dark counters and glass shelves are gone, replaced by light oak built-ins trimmed in gold scrollwork, each with lit niches that hold just a few bottles at a time. Parquet now covers most of the floor where the shop once had octagonal gold and cream tile, and a white marble inlay runs down the center aisle.
Look up and you will find crystal chandeliers, including one long, tiered fixture over the middle of the store, in place of the old lantern-style pendants. Look down and around and you will find bees. The Guerlain emblem shows up as gold ornaments on the wall panels, as gold corners on the marble inlay and embossed on the amber bottles that line the shelves.

One wall now tells the story of the house, with a quote from founder Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain set in gold lettering above framed pictures of the brand’s history, and a row of portraits paired with signature fragrances. Out front, a cream and gold Guerlain sign marked “Paris, 1828” hangs over the door.
What You Can Buy
La Signature is still the France pavilion’s home for Guerlain. Disney says the shop carries more than 70 French cosmetics and fragrances and offers makeup consultations. The new displays give some lines their own space, including a lit counter for the L’Art & La Matière fragrance collection and a smaller display pairing Musc Outreblanc and Pêche Mirage with a folded paper fan.
Cast Members told Blog Mickey on reopening day that the goal is a more personal visit for every guest, with scents and makeup ranging from entry-level picks to high-end bottles.
You will need park admission to shop, and a theme park reservation may be required depending on your ticket. If you shopped Guerlain at Plume et Palette over the summer while La Signature was closed, the brand now has its own home in the pavilion again.
