Oga’s Cantina is pouring something special for the birthday festivities. The famed Black Spire Outpost watering hole in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland is serving the Alderaanian Fizz, a limited-time birthday drink available only from July 18 through July 20.
What Is In The Alderaanian Fizz
Disney describes the cocktail as a celebration of another spin around the galaxy, and the recipe fits the occasion: mandarin orange vodka, blue Curacao, ginger mule mix, pure cane sugar syrup, and soda water, all topped with candied ginger. The Alderaan name is a fittingly royal touch for a drink honoring a birthday, arriving as the resort celebrates Disneyland’s 71st over this very weekend.
Oga’s Cantina has built its reputation on inventive, heavily themed drinks like the Fuzzy Tauntaun and the Outer Rim, and limited-run additions like this one reliably draw fans who collect every menu item they can. With just a three-day window, this is about as limited as Oga’s offerings get.
Plan Ahead For A Seat
As always, Oga’s Cantina reservations are strongly recommended, since the intimate cantina fills its walk-up availability quickly on busy weekends. Galaxy’s Edge continues to be a focus for Disney’s creative teams, as we saw when Imagineering revealed its next-generation Star Wars droid technology.
