Spider-Man fans in New York have a very good reason to head to Brooklyn this weekend. A full-scale replica of Peter Parker’s apartment from Spider-Man: Brand New Day is opening to the public on Saturday, June 27, hosted by Little Caesars and Sony Pictures at the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse. The free event runs from 1 to 8 p.m. ET at 73 West Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222.
According to Attractions Magazine, the experience features a life-size recreation of the apartment as it appears in the film, complete with hidden Easter eggs for fans to discover and photo opportunities throughout. Reservations for groups of up to 10 are available online at brandnewdaypizzaparty.com, with entry first-come, first-served.
Why the Apartment Matters
Brand New Day picks up four years after the events of No Way Home, with Peter living completely alone after erasing himself from the memories of everyone he loved. His apartment doubles as a Spider-Suit workshop, training facility, and research center, and sits at the center of his new life as a full-time Spider-Man with no personal identity to fall back on. The pop-up brings all of that to life ahead of the film’s July 31 release.
As part of the broader promotion, Sony and Little Caesars created a Zillow listing for the fictional apartment: a one-bedroom, one-bath, 1,000-square-foot Brooklyn loft with a “Priceless Zestimate” and amenities including a Spider-Suit workshop, a super-strength gym, a spider-research center, villain-proof locks, and, naturally, a friendly neighborhood. The listing agent is credited as “Leigh Stanley, The Friendly Neighborhood Listing Agent,” a wink to Spider-Man co-creator Stan Lee.
The Little Caesars Webberoni Pizza
The Webberoni Pizza, a pepperoni pizza with a Spider-Man web pattern, is now available at participating Little Caesars locations nationwide. Starting July 6, every purchase comes with a limited-edition collectible mini-poster, with three rotating designs available weekly while supplies last.
