Mistletoe meets pixie dust. Hallmark has released the first official trailer for Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, the first-ever movie collaboration between Hallmark and Disney Parks, and it is exactly the cozy, castle-filled romance fans were hoping for.
A Rivalry Turns To Romance At The Most Magical Place On Earth
The film stars Hallmark queen Lacey Chabert as Lindsey, whose dream family Christmas trip to Walt Disney World hits a snag when she discovers her hotel room at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is right next door to Philip, played by Travis Van Winkle, the disastrous first date she recently endured. As their families keep crossing paths across the parks, the frost begins to thaw, and a holiday wish made at Cinderella Fountain might just turn rivalry into romance. According to TVLine, the supporting cast includes Richard Kind, Christy Carlson Romano, Bryce Durfee, Taegen Burns, and Asher Alexander, with The Sandlot’s Patrick Renna making a cameo.
Filmed Entirely On Location At Walt Disney World
The trailer opens on Cinderella Castle wrapped in holiday lights and moves through Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, showcasing genuine holiday decor filmed on location during the resort’s Christmas season. Chabert, a lifelong Disney fan, said she was so excited when she got the call that she literally fell off screen during the video meeting.

Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True premieres later this year as part of Hallmark Channel’s 17th annual Countdown to Christmas, with the trailer set to air on the network this Saturday, July 4, during its Christmas in July programming. Hallmark has also previewed a tie-in merchandise line featuring Vera Bradley accessories, pajamas, a Spirit Jersey, and Loungefly bags expected in October. It joins a wave of Disney-adjacent releases building toward the holidays, alongside streaming events like The Simpsons’ new Disney+ exclusive Simpsley.
