Food And Wine Festival Booths Are Already Being Installed Around EPCOT Ahead Of August 27 Opening

EPCOT’s biggest festival of the year is starting to take physical form. Global Marketplace kiosks are now being installed around the park ahead of the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which kicks off August 27 and runs through November 21.

Booths Popping Up Around World Showcase

Guests visiting EPCOT this week have spotted several familiar booth structures arriving well ahead of schedule. According to DVC Shop, a kiosk matching the Hawai’i booth is up near the front of World Showcase, while the structure that previously housed the Belgium marketplace has appeared between the Morocco and France pavilions, with the Brazil booth staged nearby. None of the booths have signage yet, so the final lineup could shift, but the early installation is a clear sign that festival preparations are ramping up more than seven weeks before opening day.

What We Know About The 2026 Festival

Disney has confirmed a handful of details so far, including the return of fan favorite booths The Alps, Australia, and Gyozas of the Galaxy, the latter bringing back its popular Street Corn-style Dumplings. In total, somewhere between 32 and 36 Global Marketplaces are expected across the park, serving small plates and beverages inspired by cuisines from six continents. The Eat to the Beat Concert Series also returns to the America Gardens Theatre with a lineup that pairs returning favorites like Boyz II Men, Hanson, and The Beach Boys with first time EPCOT performers including Lauren Alaina, Fitz and The Tantrums, and Grace Potter. Full festival details are available on the official Walt Disney World website.

Family activities like Remy’s Ratatouille Hide ‘n’ Squeak Scavenger Hunt and Emile’s Fromage Montage cheese crawl are expected to return as well, and full booth menus should be revealed as the opening date gets closer.

One booth to watch this year: the newly opened La Poutinerie in the Canada pavilion, which took over the former Refreshment Port earlier this month. That stand has long been a festival workhorse, and a dedicated poutine kiosk during Food & Wine practically writes its own booth menu. We will have full coverage as menus and the complete marketplace lineup are announced.
