The Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party food lineup for 2026 is out, and Disney is leading with Gingerbread Cheesecake Beignets and a Tostada de Nochebuena. The party runs on select nights at Magic Kingdom from November 8 to December 22, and many of the items are sold only during party hours.

The beignets come from Golden Oak Outpost in Frontierland, dusted with powdered sugar and sprinkles over gingerbread cheesecake icing. The same stand is selling Yuletide Chicken Strips with sage butter and cranberry barbecue glaze, plus a Gingerbread Cola with cold foam.
The New Savory Bites
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe has the new Tostada de Nochebuena, topped with smoked pork, salsa verde, smoked tomato salsa, queso fresco and cilantro. It shares the menu with Carne Asada Loaded Fries and Mexican Hot Chocolate Churro Loops.

Over in Liberty Square, Sleepy Hollow Refreshments adds a new Mongolian Beef Bao with miso-gochujang sauce. The Plaza Restaurant also has a new Classic Reuben and a Santa’s Floridian Pulled Pork Sandwich with roasted pineapple chutney, and Be Our Guest is adding Mussels Mariniere with white wine, butter, garlic and sourdough croutons.

New Desserts And Drinks
Desserts lead this year’s new list. Main Street Bakery has the Winter Wonderland Express, a hazelnut mousse and feuilletine dessert with panna cotta, while Casey’s Corner adds a Minnie Cocoa Cake.

Pecos Bill also has a new Pluto Reindeer Cake made with gingerbread cake, mousse and apple filling, and Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe is serving Mickey the Elf, a vanilla mousse with a sugar cookie and chocolate ears.

Other new sweets include a Holiday Brownie Sundae at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, a Red Velvet Cheesecake at The Plaza Restaurant and a Very Merry Mickey Sundae at Storybook Treats. For drinks, look for the new Peppermint Bark Cola Slushy at Astrofizz and a Sugar Cookie Soda at The Friar’s Nook, made with Coca-Cola, cookie butter syrup and cookie butter cold foam.

Returning Favorites And Party Hours
Two party favorites are back: the Holiday Pot Roast Melt at Cosmic Ray’s and the Nice List Shake at Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies. Casey’s Corner is also leaning into pot roast, putting it with beer-cheese sauce, crispy onions and horseradish mustard on a hot dog, mini corn dogs and loaded fries.
A few hours are worth planning around. Main Street Bakery, Casey’s Corner and Sleepy Hollow Refreshments stay open until midnight on party nights, while The Plaza Restaurant and Be Our Guest serve until 8 p.m. and Cinderella’s Royal Table until 9 p.m. The full menu, with every item and location, is in the Disney Parks Blog foodie guide.
If you still need tickets, check dates soon. Some party nights are already gone, including the entire week of Thanksgiving, as we reported when Thanksgiving week sold out for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
