Victoria And Albert’s Keeps Its MICHELIN Star For The Third Year In A Row

Victoria and Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has retained its MICHELIN star for the third consecutive year, appearing in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Florida with one star. The restaurant first earned the distinction in 2024, making it the first and only restaurant owned and operated by a US theme park to ever hold a MICHELIN star.

It has now held that honor every year since. The 2026 MICHELIN Guide Florida also expanded to cover the entire state this year, giving the recognition even more weight.

What Makes Victoria and Albert’s Special?

Victoria and Albert’s is the undisputed crown jewel of Disney World dining. Located inside the Grand Floridian, the restaurant offers a multi-course prix-fixe tasting experience built around contemporary American cuisine with global influences ranging from Asia to the Nordics. The menu shifts seasonally, meaning returning guests always encounter something new.

Pricing starts at $295 per guest, with optional wine pairings from $155 and zero-proof pairings from $115. The sommelier team oversees a wine list of more than 500 selections. The restaurant also holds a semi-formal to formal dress code and requires guests to be at least 10 years old to dine in the main dining room.

In addition to the MICHELIN star, Victoria and Albert’s holds the AAA Five Diamond Award, which it has received every year since 2000, and the Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Award, which it has earned consecutively since 2018. The MICHELIN Guide Florida team also recognized the restaurant’s exceptional service with the MICHELIN Guide Florida Service Award in 2024.

How to Get a Reservation

Reservations at Victoria and Albert’s are notoriously difficult to secure. Guests interested in dining there should plan well in advance. The restaurant is accessible without a theme park ticket, making it a viable option for a special occasion evening even on a non-park day. A private Chef’s Table experience is also available for guests seeking an even more intimate look at the kitchen team at work.
