Marvel Studios Is Returning To Hall H At San Diego Comic-Con 2026

The biggest stage in pop culture is about to belong to Marvel again. Marvel Studios has officially confirmed its return to Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con 2026, locking in the coveted Saturday night slot after sitting out the convention’s marquee presentation entirely last year.

Saturday Night In Hall H

Marvel has released its full slate of panels, booths, and activations for the convention, which runs from Thursday, July 23 through Sunday, July 26 at the San Diego Convention Center, with Preview Night taking place on Wednesday, July 22. The centerpiece is the Marvel Studios Hall H Presentation, set for Saturday, July 25 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. PT, promising an exclusive look at what is next for the Marvel Cinematic Universe alongside surprise guests.

The return carries real weight. Marvel skipped its Hall H presentation in 2025 to keep its focus on production for “Avengers: Doomsday,” marking a rare absence from the show that has served as the studio’s launchpad for its biggest reveals. The last time Marvel took the Hall H stage in 2024, it retitled the fifth Avengers film from “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty” to “Avengers: Doomsday,” confirmed the Russo Brothers would direct it and “Avengers: Secret Wars,” and closed the panel with a masked figure unmasking on stage as Robert Downey Jr., revealing his return to the MCU as Doctor Doom.

All Eyes On Doomsday

This year’s presentation is widely expected to center on “Avengers: Doomsday,” with fans hoping the panel finally delivers the film’s first full-length trailer ahead of its December 18 release. Marvel released four short character teasers in December 2025 and January 2026, spotlighting Steve Rogers, Thor, the X-Men, and the Wakandans and Fantastic Four, and screened a longer trailer for CinemaCon attendees in April that was never posted online. Hall H now looms as the most likely venue for that full look. The Russo Brothers and Downey Jr. are anticipated to appear, and given the film’s enormous returning cast, a full-scale assembly is not out of the question.

Beyond Hall H, Marvel is planning a massive footprint at the convention with two show floor booths, cosplay meet-ups, and game panels for Marvel’s Wolverine and MARVEL Tokon: Fighting Souls. The studio’s presence is part of a broader 2026 push that will also see it show up in force at D23 later this summer. The Comic-Con push follows a busy stretch for the studio, which just unveiled official “Avengers: Doomsday” concept art revealing its massive ensemble at Bilibili World in Shanghai.
